This website is a page you read, not a service you sign into. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no ad trackers, and has no accounts. The only personal information involved in dealing with us changes hands when you buy a ticket or call us — and that is described below.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregate numbers (page views, country, browser type) — nothing that identifies you.
Online checkout on this site is provided by FrightMaps (Prolific Software LLC). When you buy, your name, email, and payment details go to FrightMaps and its payment processor (Stripe) — not to this website. That data is handled under the FrightMaps Privacy Policy and Stripe's Privacy Policy. We (the haunt) receive your name, email, and order details so we can honor your ticket at the gate, and we use them for that — not for marketing lists, and we never sell them.
If you call 606-748-7865 or message us, we use your contact information to answer you, and that's it.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Online ticket purchases are made by adults.
If our practices change, this page changes. Questions: 606-748-7865.
